Terms and conditions
Order
Orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered the following working day.
Goods can be ordered in the following ways:

Delivery
Goods are delivered free of charge for orders totaling at least DKK 2,500.00 excl. VAT.
For orders totaling less than DKK 2,500.00 excl. VAT, delivery and administration costs of DKK 250 will be charged. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered to the ground floor or ramp.
Pallets
If no exchange pallets are exchanged upon delivery, these will be invoiced.
Payment terms
8 days net from invoice date. If the balance is overdue, Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S reserves the right to charge interest and impose a reminder fee.
Offers
Offers are valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date of submission. If the Buyer's acceptance deviates from the Offer in any respect, regardless of significance or size, the Offer shall lapse.
Prices
The prices stated/agreed are based on the prices applicable on the date of the offer as determined via EDI, OCR, or Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S's webshop, which reflect prices for materials, wages, customs duties, transport costs, exchange rates, and taxes.
Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S reserves the right to adjust stated/agreed prices in the event of changes in the above circumstances prior to delivery, as well as other government interventions in accordance with Danish law, external price increases, and force majeure, see below.
In addition to the prices stated, VAT and taxes are calculated separately in accordance with applicable rules.
Extended producer responsibility
Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S reserves the right to apply new rules regarding extended producer responsibility:
As of July 1, 2025, Denmark will introduce new rules regarding extended producer responsibility for all types of packaging, due to EU Directive 2018/852 of May 30, 2018.
Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S is not yet certain about the consequential costs related to extended producer responsibility. We will provide more information on our website, but it is expected that clarity regarding the additional costs imposed on manufacturers and companies in the form of packaging contributions will not be available until sometime in 2025.
In addition to the prices stated, VAT and taxes are calculated separately in accordance with applicable rules.
Transport damage
If visible defects or deficiencies are found in the delivered goods, this must be noted immediately on the consignment note. Alternatively, receipt of the goods must be refused.
Complaints
The customer is requested to contact our customer service immediately if any defects or deficiencies are found in the delivery. Received goods should be inspected immediately for any damage or defects.
Returned goods
Current stock items will be taken back in their original packaging within 1 month, but only by prior agreement. When crediting returned goods, a fee of 20% of the sales price will be deducted. All costs, including shipping costs, associated with handling returned goods are borne by the buyer. Special order items, food items, and discontinued items cannot be returned.
Pickup orders
Pickup orders placed by phone with customer service before 9:30 a.m. can be picked up after 11:30 a.m. and before 3:00 p.m. at gate 6.
Pick-up orders placed by telephone with customer service between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. can be picked up between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at gate 6.
A handling fee will be charged for orders below the agreed minimum amount.
In addition, an express fee will be charged for orders that must be processed in less than two hours.
Force Majeure
Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S reserves the right and is not liable for compensation in the event of failure to fulfill its obligations under general terms and conditions and/or trade agreements due to circumstances beyond Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S's control (force majeure) and which prevent or significantly impede or increase the cost of Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S's delivery, such as war, unrest, terrorism, import or export restrictions, lack of transport services or energy, fire, explosion, strike, lockout, pandemics, natural disasters, unusual weather, shortages of goods, machine breakdowns, extraordinary, significant increases in the purchase prices of Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S or Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S's subcontractors, and other extraordinary operational disruptions, as well as defects in deliveries or delays from manufacturers or suppliers due to circumstances listed in this provision.
The suspension of obligations under trade agreements shall last as long as the force majeure situation lasts, with the addition of a reasonable period of time for the circumstances to normalize. Delivery to the thus postponed delivery time shall be considered timely in every respect.
