Standard aluminium trays are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes, from round to rectangular and special shapes. The trays are designed with smooth side walls that allow the products to slide easily out of the packaging after baking, as well as folded corners that make the trays stronger and more stable. The trays are also available with side ribs, which provides a strong construction. Snap-on lids are available for some trays, and cardboard or aluminium lids for others. The trays are ideal for catering dishes, from salads to desserts.
