This detectable plaster is a self‑adhesive first aid plaster designed for covering minor cuts and abrasions in professional environments where traceability and visual control are important. The plaster measures 7.5cmx1.9cm and is made from a combination of PE (polyethylene) and an aluminium film positioned beneath the wound pad. The blue colour supports visual detection, while the aluminium layer allows detection by metal detectors.

The plaster features a non‑adhesive, perforated wound pad that helps reduce the risk of skin irritation during normal use. The adhesive is hypoallergenic and free from latex and SVHC substances, and complies with EU Regulation 1907/2006 (REACH). The plaster is intended for general wound coverage and should be replaced as required.

Detection performance depends on metal detector settings, production environment and the type of food produced. It is therefore recommended to test the product in the user’s own detection equipment before use. The product is not harmful under normal industrial and personal hygiene conditions, although skin irritation cannot be completely ruled out. Recommended storage is between -5°C and +25°C, away from direct sunlight.
